A non-refundable booking fee (plus 3% processing fee) is required to secure your time slot. The booking fee is applied to your procedure.

Lip blush clients- please email a photo of your lips with no lipstick or gloss (preferably in natural light) to alayna@harlequinbeauty.com for approval before booking.

Have previous permanent makeup from another artist? If you are in need of a touch up or a correction of work from another artist, send a photo to alayna@harlequinbeauty.com before booking

All new permanent makeup requires two sessions to be complete. Some clients with resistant skin may need a THIRD session at an additional cost of $150.
