Directions and parking

For GPS purposes, use 130 S State St, Newtown, PA 18940

Turn down the driveway next to the Allstate building, and head past the stop sign to the large parking lot. You will be able to see the Wine & Spirits store from the parking lot. We are on the first floor of the pink barn. Use the door under the awning.

*Please do not park in the reserved residential parking spaces next to the pink barn! Thank you!*

There is also 2 hour parking on South State St. Please note your first appointment for permanent makeup is usually 2.5 hours.

The studio is open by appointment.

About the Artist

With nearly 20 years of experience as a professional makeup artist, opening a permanent makeup studio was a natural and fulfilling path for Alayna. She began freelancing for MAC and Smashbox Cosmetics in 2005 while establishing herself as a makeup artist in Philadelphia and New York for photo and video shoots. Since 2011 she has been one of the premiere commercial makeup artists in the greater Philadelphia area.

In 2018 she opened her permanent makeup studio, Harlequin Beauty Co, in the perfect location- a pink barn in Newtown, Bucks County, PA!

Alayna has over 25 certificates in microblading, machine brow work, eyeliner, lip color, pigment lightening, areola tattoo, scalp micropigmentation, and cosmetic skin treatments. She has been trained by some of the best instructors in the world, including the prestigious PhiBrows program, Beau Institute, and advanced training at 5 Star PMU Academy. She has traveled around the country to study with top international trainers, and will continue to bring you the best and latest techniques. During her first year in permanent cosmetics, she was awarded Best of the Mainline for microblading.

Her makeup career highlights include working with Philadelphia Magazine, Philadelphia Wedding, Pat Benatar, Anthropologie, bhdln, Warner Bros Records, and Billie Jean King. A teacher at heart, she trains new permanent makeup artists as well. Alayna has a Bachelor’s of Music in Vocal Performance, and has been a musician and artist all her life.
